How To Get Out Of The Matrix’
Irony #19
- Stop calling your trauma “a lesson” just to avoid feeling it.
No, Karen, not everything is “a contract.” Some things were abuse, and you spiritually bypassing it just makes your aura smell like denial. - Unfollow the influencers who teach “high vibe” but haven’t spoken to their own shadow since 2017.
If someone’s whole personality is “light,” they’re either lying or floating in dissociation while calling it divine. - Question every system that told you obedience was enlightenment.
Spoiler: The Matrix loves when you meditate daily, eat chia seeds, and never question the pyramid-shaped soul farm you’re still in. - Dismantle your identity as a “healer” if it was built on needing to feel important.
Helping others isn’t a personality. Especially when you’re doing it to avoid your own mirror. - Stop blaming everything on Saturn.
He’s tired. Grow up. - Feel your damn grief.
You won’t ascend past the pain—you go through it. Sorry, there’s no light language strong enough to cancel out your father wound. - Don’t just “exit the system”—exit the parts of you that still need to be seen as chosen.
The Matrix isn’t just a grid. It’s the voice in your head that says:
“Be spiritual, but never real.”
- And if someone tells you you’re being “too intense”…
Laugh.
Then burn the veil.
Leaving the Matrix isn’t aesthetic.
It’s lonely. It’s ugly. It’s liberation that doesn’t photograph well.
But it’s real.
